Moving Shrubs
in Plants
I have 3 Contorted Hazel bushes which are beautiful in spring when the catkins appear. However, in summer, when full foliated (and less attractive), they spread into each other and over my raised beds and vegetable area. Can I move them to another part of the garden?

Hello Janethales,
The best time to move your contorted hazels would be autumn. Have a look at Carol's video advice on the website to see how to go about it:

The smaller the bushes are, the easier it will be to move them without harming them.
