ponsetters

whats the best way of looking after ponsetters,i have just purchased a new one

whitch is red white and speccled leave and would like to try keeping it.

    I've found them easy to grow if you keep them on the drier side of moist, rather than the wetter side of moist. To get the red colouring back next winter you have to exclude light for part of the day. If you can keep it in a spare bedroom with the door kept closed this will do the trick. Start around October and you should be fine.

    Wilbur posted this query in 2011 so presumably he's either kept it alive or bought some more by now.  

    But at this time of year there are probably some poinsettias needing a bit of tlc image
