Ordered the extra large compost bin, think its called 'easy load'(?) from primrose and amazon, whopping ??45 delivered. Even I think im sad! Cut through hedge trimmers, not even used them! Chain saw not been working for ages! OH says we can hire oneAND superhero says he can mendd the h trimmer! He's also secretly liking the idea of arches to screen out neighbours at bottom of garden!

Kef - if you've rested today, fingers crossed for tomorrow, but easy stuff only!

Clari - so the council c.bins are just basically nicked (legally) cos someone can't use common sense. Sounds about right.

    Thanks Dove.

Clari I was silly, turning compost bins with enthusiasm and moving big sacks of compost, couldn't wait for OH to do it, he had a back strain so I thought I'd join him !! Think I was also walking strangely due to missing toe nail...lol. Toe doesn't hurt now, got something to take my mind off it. image

Sorry, don't know about chicken forums. I kept chickens and ducks in the UK years ago, but not here.

Lovely sunny day. Weeded, transplanted snowdrops, including putting some in my pot with a hosta. Then I rode my little horse, haven't ridden all winter so it was only in the field. One excitable moment, but otherwise she was pretty good.

Quick peek in - Chicklet's birthday, so have been busy with cakes and candles and stuff.  Can't quite believe I have a little one who is now old enough to drive ... how did that happenimageimage

Ggirl - great work with your pondimage.  Others are sounding like they are hopefully on the mend - take care with that back KEF, and hope lo is feeling brighter Stacey.

And on the gardening front - invested in another chenomales (?? but you know the one i mean) with peachy flowers - called Madam Butterfly.  I have another bed to fill, and the deer don't eat them on account of the vicious thorns.

Email notifications were working until a few days ago. Now they've stopped. Anyone else have this problem?

    Happy birthday Chicklet.
