Morning all, not posted on this thread for a bit but I usually have a quick look daily! image

Was up early to beat the rain this morning and got lots of annuals planted out so I don't need to water them. image  Rain just starting now and looks like a lot on the way judging by rain radar images on one of the weather sites, so will be potting-on all my peppers and chilies during the downpour. image  Not as good as being in the pub though Dove! image

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Percy - now be kind. These southerners come in useful now and again...image

If OL 's getting it we'll get it in a couple of hours I think, although it was meant to be wet here by now. Got lots of little things done outside but it's getting very overcast and the wind's getting up. Might go to the nursery....thinking of prostrate cotoneasters for top of the  back fence. Spent ages yesterday watching masses of bees on the one that will have to be dug up later in the year for the ext. founds to be done.

Lily - I must have missed you saying it was an anniversary. Have a lovely day and some virtual cake on me image
