Was only pulling your leg BL, Scotland has a very decent climate for gardening though we don't have high light levels, early and late frosts are a problem as is the annual rainfall, the last couple of years have seen really mild winters and lovely spring weather, in-fact this year was the hottest spring recorded in Scotland since records began, was Englandshires 3rd hottest spring recorded, sorry don't have France's record..image

Good morning Chicky, you do well to go out gardening after a full day at work, I used to do the admiring in the week and the gardening at the weekendsimage

Morning KEFimage  I don't normally manage gardening in the evenings - which is why i am convincing myself that 30 mins snipping pesky bracken is doable - doesn't even require a change of clothes (apart from ditching the heelsimage)

Good morning everyone image  you're all up early!  Hope everyone's had a peaceful night.

I've been watching a dog fox trotting down the hill past our house - we live between two nature reserves so there's plenty of cover and plenty of prey for them.

It's overcast and mizzly here - I've got a load of plants to pack into the car - spending the day down in Suffolk with daughter so I won't be around here today - OH will have a peaceful day in the studio image
