    How strange, when I out my last post on I could see FB's post replying to Punk re the flower, but the other one re 'dad' wasn't there image Anyway, I've seen it now so I hope your dad is ok FB and makes a quick recovery and is home soon. As KEF said, love to your mum too and to you x

    Clari, I've got a fire pit from m and s, gotit last year. Only used it a few times but we were really pleased with it. Looks like a table and then converts to a fire pit. This one is simular.

    Had a lovely day, son no.1 came round and spent the day with me,, lovely surprise.

    Stressful day fidget. Hope all is ok with your Dad, although by the sound of it, he'll be trying to do a Steve McQueen on  a motorbike before too long...image

    got some flowers forming on my bargain strawbs I got last year. Forget what they're called. Might get some more sometime as the girls like them - I'm not keen.

    Off to organise dinner before I have to collect daughter image

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Fidget- your recount of your dads antics did make me smile and shows he is on the mend- my dad is the same - always tinkering with stuff - another engineerimage

    Strawberries look lovely Busy- mine are just in flower now so think it will be a little while before I will have strawberries.

    The 'showers' forecast here today were actually half an inch of rain!  Still, things were getting a bit dry in the garden so should be sorted now.  Providing it does stop at some point and we don't have a repeat of the 'Summer' before last, that is! image
