Hi Clari, not been out planting it's too wet. So have been purchasing butterfly netting, ball things to link canes, and tent pegs to hold netting down. Thrilling life I lead imageWaiting for a skip to come to start getting rid of old GH & lots of other stuff that has somehow accumulated in the garden & house.

Hope afternoon passes quickly for youimage

I hope the skip is big enough! We're still finding no end of things left in the garden by the previous occupants. I can't decide whether 20 broken roof tiles were left "just in case" they'd be useful or whether it was easier to just leave them in the corner. As for the other things we keep finding - its a good job the local tip is near by! image

Pricing up the railway sleepers, scaffold boards, 50+ slabs, and all the other "little things" I keep thinking up for the garden design. Its getting expensive!!

    Afternoon image

Having got up at 9 I've been dozing on the sofa as an attempt to get rid of the nasty headache I woke up with before going out to lunch with a dear friend. It's pretty much gone so time to get my shoes on image

I often think I should garden like Monty too KEF, and do it in the rain. And then I decide to stay warm and dry image

Clari, virtually spending money is good fun!

Hi all - just having a quick look before I go back to work. Think I'll have some cheese tonight to see what I can come up with! image

Clari - a Glaswegian translation of that crest would be 'nae danger'....image

    Purple rucksack?

Rain's gone off a bit here but those thundery clouds are looming. Not sure I'll get anything done outside later after work. image

    Winter - Prince William? Really??

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Ha ha! It was "Sans Peur" originally but I can see any Glaswegian clan members slurring it out!

I was back early enough from riding and OH took me to Wok place for lunchimageCouldn't go to Leclerc, shut, bank holiday for Victory in Europe but Hyper U was open. So was the GC so I bought more bean poles. First batch nearly ready to plant out.

I wonder if cheese really does make you dream. I rarely eat it and I rarely dream. At least I don't remember if I do.

Now I feel very tired, wonder whether to weed or not to weed.
