Tracey be careful of J Parkers, many of the plants are very small and arrive in very poor condition. I have stopped using them.

Thanks verdun, I'm a bit wary of online ordering anyway and have so far only ordered plants via GW offers. I've been looking in the Thompson & Morgan site tonight but think I will just go to the GC. I've seen a gorgeous black Lilly but resisted ordering it!!

Stacey - it is me that loves phlox - never tried stocks though.  Had a bit of success with rooting cuttings from my phlox this year - fingers crossed they survive the winter in my unheated GHimage
