Mice? Really? I need to get some chooks! I evicted a family of field mice from the shed yesterday (feeling guilty though with the hard frost we had last night but they were chewing on packets of weedkiller so I think thry must be pretty indestructible!)
Morning all - pretty icy here too. Got back to the station at gone midnight last night and our car was frozen solid - couldn't even get the boot open. The frost must have come down very quickly on an already very wet landscape. BTW Richard II was superb, and DT was amazing - complete with flowing ginger locks !!
Kef, am I one of the three on the naughty step, cos I got off earlier to do food shop. Am now having a nice hot cuppa (no cake) on the sofa, its brass monkeys out there. Cashier told me we were getting snow by the end of the week hope she's wrong someone is going to come back with a wise comment about them selling snow now, ---- come on Verd do your best

Have just used car, frost gone now but inside condensation more than I have ever seen before!
Sun now out but still only 2C. Cars still going past covered in frost.
