Think its possible Fairy image I do know that we ate so much she had to confess to her OH that she was postponing their idea of a slap up Chinese takeaway until there was room! image

Going to have to watch that on iPlayer, Harrie the cat loves wildlife programs! Always watches, sometimes gets up close to introduce herself then goes round the back of the screen to see where they are and why she can't smell them! image she's a bit thick bless,

One more day at work and the weekend is here! image

Winter watch was lovely tonight, great shots of polecats, a fox fighting a golden eagle over a carcass - amazing, a mouse in a maze, and huge murmurations of starlings, and other things.

Heading for home at lunchtime. Hurrah for that.

punkdoc, I'm glad you had a great holiday . Tell us all about it. It'll take my mind off ours. image

Sgl, nothing booked until Amsterdam in August, but OH has said he might try to squeeze something in between surgery and return to work. Not sure I can face it.

Another cuppa then off to room to pack. Pick up at 14.10.

I might even be tempted to a glass of wine wen we get back to Gatwick Hotel this evening.

    Devon.

Hope you have an uneventful journey home Hosta .....with no unscheduled island visits this time.  Glass of vino to celebrate the end of this trip sounds appropriateimage

Can hear the wind has got up again - sounds wild out thereimage

But on the brighter side .....Hurrah, its nearly the weekendimage, and traffic is always light on a Friday morning.

Feeling a bit discombobulated without my avatar ..... I've already forgotten what I look likeimageimage.  Good luck to the mods getting them all backimage

I've got to organise an event tomorrow and I have the female equivalent of man flu and feel like death! Oh yes and have students at work too. It's going to be one of those days to just get through and then forget image

  • Good morning all,

Lou, hope you get through the day as quickly as possible. image

    Safe trip home Hosta. image

H********k for me today, (another)  builder coming to give a quote to sound proof the bedrooms and do something (not quite sure what) with a bathroom. Seem to be able to find builders and quotes are ok (ish), it's the time frame that's the problem - can fit me in in 6 months. image

Have a good day all. Nearly the week-end for all the workers out there. image
