Winter watch was lovely tonight, great shots of polecats, a fox fighting a golden eagle over a carcass - amazing, a mouse in a maze, and huge murmurations of starlings, and other things.

Sgl, nothing booked until Amsterdam in August, but OH has said he might try to squeeze something in between surgery and return to work. Not sure I can face it.

I might even be tempted to a glass of wine wen we get back to Gatwick Hotel this evening.

H********k for me today, (another) builder coming to give a quote to sound proof the bedrooms and do something (not quite sure what) with a bathroom. Seem to be able to find builders and quotes are ok (ish), it's the time frame that's the problem - can fit me in in 6 months.
