I only have OH, you lot and the radio to amuse me

    Evening all

My most favourite thing in the world (after my cat and hubby of course image ) changes from day to day and mood to mood. This morning it was most definitely the heated car seats image. Very chilly start to the day.

Office this morning. Took lawnmower to Ipswich for it's service this afternoon and it would have been rude not to pop into John Lewis as it's just round the corner. Home for 4pm and have just put the Christmas puds on to steam.

Looked in my cookery book & it says to steam them for 8 hours....

Quick bit of arithmetic - err - will somebody remind me to turn them off before I go to bed please image

Edit: Spellchecker just made that ....put the Christmas puss on to steam... Poor old cat  - what did he do to deserve that indignity? image

Sorry to hear about your TV Dove - what a pain. Good night tonight on BBC 2 as well - can you watch Vicky & Jazzer on the iPlayer live feed?

When my little portable TV broke some years ago the repair man could not believe that a little 16" box was my only TV. He thought it must be the one for the bedroom or kitchen. Things have changed a bit since then but people seem to assume that we all have multiple screens these days.

Hope it doesn't take too long

T'bird - just as well Hosta isn't here - I expect he'd say that would be the best treatment for a cat! image

I'm afraid I'll be asleep by the time you need a shout out... image You can do them for a bit tomorrow though if you don't have time - I think image

I miss my heated seats too image

BL - the squirrel's already helped himself to some of my little allium bulbs, so I don't feel very kindly towards him right now image

How would you like us to amuse you and OH Dove? image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Oh dear Dove, I hope you survive! I suppose there's no chance of getting a small one that you can put in another room afterwards?

I've never sat in a car with heated seats, sounds weird.

Been in paddock sorting out and repairing winter electric fencing. Cold 2°, good to get back indoors.
