Happy Anniversary to you and Mr G. Have a lovely lunch My grandparents were married on Christmas Day in the early 20th century. Up here it wasn't a holiday back then - even when Mum was a young girl - it was just another working day!
Can I borrow someone to clean the bathroom too...
Been wild and windy and sleety here but the sun's made a brief appearance. Cold though. Going out for tea with a friend later. Not much shopping still to do - only buy for the girls. Like to do a nice stocking for them even though it's the fat man in the red suit's job really...he's a bit busy though
Lazing's good pd...I'll save you a gingerbread 'person' for later!
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Bro and I were remembering yesterday the day he let my pony out and he cantered all over the neighbours' veg gardens before we could catch the little brute although of course he doesn't remember being the person who let him out
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Morning friends Was busy on the great wrapping mission yesterday! Took me all evening but am finally done Just hoping they will all fit in the suitcase (OH and I are off to Devon for Christmas, travelling first class!)
Today is the great Christmas Bake off in my house - mince pies and Gingerbread men (like your half legged tree man Fairy). The gingerbread men will end up as reindeer as per the picture below

Good morning all. I hope everyone is well and coping with the countdown to the big day.
this is my grand daughter this morning. Doesn't Storm look thrillled with his Cristmas look? Amost as excited as pictures of dogs wearing antlers.
That's what I like, a stoic pony

Youngest made some of those the other day at school - she saved me one and very nice it was too!
Here's her 'alternative' Rudolph - he's more 'Zorrudolph'...

Yours are lovely Panda. Cheeky reindeer are hard to beat!
Would be nice to see some Christmas tree pics too if anyone wants to display them.
Maybe on David's camera thread, or a dedicated one?
Off to 'do' daughter's hair now and put up some more lights in back window if I can wade through all the decorated biscuits covering every surface....
