Eringium I think lily. For years I've been after the same as ndn but always ended up looking different and not surviving, so I'll keep my fingers crossed this goes ok but bit worried its late.
  • Hello folks - been busy today, onions pickled and loads of lemon curd made.  image

Matty, take care of yourself and try not to stress about your eyes - Nut and I have both had similar and it's got better all on it's own - bit of a pain at this time of year when there's so much to do.  Big ((hugs)) from here image

Going to settle on the sofa and watch Masterchef now - have a good evening folks image

Mrs G and sgl I probably wouldnt move an Eryngium now. Although they are fully hardy they love sun and well drained soil so best moved in spring. They also have quite long tap roots so you need to dig down deep to get all the root out.

How can you lie there and think of England

  • Hello all,

Been sawing trees down round the pond just a few to thin it out a bit to let more light in and clearing ivy as well that was knackering.

Cleared a few stems from asters in border
