I'm planning on sowing Bishops Children this year in the hope they will be better next year for weddingimage

Back from wedding venue, lovely 400 year old barn lit by candles, plenty of outside space as well, bit off in the wilds but just what daughter had described when she was thinking about what she wanted. So it's booked provisionally I have told her to make sure they are insured - well venues can go bust!!

I think hospital will be OK as patch seems to be better

You did indeed give me snowdrops Fidget image Some have come up image some haven't image Nut gave me some too, and I haven't found them yet either - although my snowdrops are way behind my Daffs - almost have one in flower, the yellow is clearly visible!

So glad that everything is heading in the right direction Matty.  The venue sounds idyllic and you sound as though you're healing now - still take care though.  You've been 'telt' as they say up hereimage.  Hope Fairy's back soon - she knows more words than me.

Your new plants are lovely Pandaimage.  Well done for the pic Doveimage

  • Just heard that Panda is home safe and sound.  We had a lovely time.  The picture of her snowdrops is one she took on her ipad.  These are some I took at Raveningham Hall.

Not sure what the above orange flowered plant is - it was in one of the greenhouses - I photographed the label but I'm still not sure what it is image

  • I treated myself to some 'special' snowdrops too - mine are G. viridapicis, G. Magnet, G. Ikariae and G. Elwesii  image

  • Lovely pics Panda, very pretty image

    Love the rose Yvie.

Dove thanks for sharing your pics, all look lovely. Glad you and Panda had a great day. Love the orange plant.

Well done RB, lots of goodies image

  • A little while ago I asked the question of you lovelies, 'why would anyone buy grated cheese or bagged salad leaves from a supermarket'.

Now, I would ask why on earth would anyone watch Keith Lemon on TV?

  • I'd rather buy bagged salad leaves than watch Keith Lemon - the latter is infinitely more unpleasant. image

  • Thanks. I'm at a total loss to understand how anyone could find him anything other than totally repugnant.....and I presume mega rich on the back of it! image
