I didn't know it was pancake day either. Thought I'd missed it, isn't usually in February?

Edd have taken some pics of the pond at the bottom of our road. Will put one here and some on camera thread.

My lovely neighbour from over the road brought me some snowdrops over, I've planted them and it spurred me on to get some more ordered, so purchase made of 200 from Eurobulbs, can't remember now who recommended them (maybe Dove?) but thank you, best value I could find at £9 per 100 image I can't wait for them to come now and still can't believe how quickly my borders are filling up already image

Lovely surprise, courier just dropped off my order from Crocus. No idea where I thought i would plant this lot when I ordered them.

Tracey have you a link direct to the snow drops on EuroBulb? I saw them mentioned yesterday but when I went to look I couldn't find any snow drops anywhere on their site! I really want to plant some around the trees in the lawn and perhaps along the hedge to cheer the garden up in what is otherwise a dull area.

Thanks Edd. I had another look at their UK site www.eurobulbs.co.uk and they still seem to be selling them so maybe I'll get lucky!! image

Thanks Tracey! I've just ordered 100 of them so looks like I'll be busy one evening. I already know where they're going which is in the lawn mostly around the pear tree - an area of the garden we wouldn't be walking on in Spring time so there's no danger of them getting squashed.

Yes Lily they are.  Pleasure Clari, mine are all going in the border, the hounds trample on them if in the grass image
