Liri, im with you as far as clothes go, not quite so bad, but do find most regular trousers are a good few inches too long, really annoying isnt it! You defenately arent meeting my OH (all 6ft 4 of him) he loves short women!
So pleased for your granddaughter Liri - it sounds very manageable and hope all goes according to plan I imagine you were working so hard on your flagstone shifting to keep you from worrying
Runnybeak - what a great idea with the wellies. I've thrown so many away. We just buy cheapish ones that don't last too long. What gave you that idea? A lovely wee robin was hopping about here earlier.
Lesley, have you got a decathelon store near you? I cant get normal wellies on, they have shorter ones, i had mine for a tenner at crimbo, they are still going well, im very pleased
Hi Panda I'm like you tall and (to quote Mma Ramotswe) traditionally built. The arms on coats drive me mad too.
Liri I'm so glad that your daughter knows what the problem is. I had real problems with my second born who couldnt have cows milk or any dairy for years. It was a real struggle then because it was hard to source alternatives, they do have lots of stuff now that deal with intolerances so hopefully it will all get sorted. My daughter grew out of many of her allergies and at about 7 years old gained a new one, nuts. She does have to be very careful and still cant eat too much dairy but other than that she's fine. Hopefully everyone will be getting a good night's sleep soon. Give them a hug from me.
