DD I think my rotovator is too big for weeding beds. I use it for the Veggie garden in the spring. I don't think it's a good idea for weeds as the stems get wound around it and it chops up roots so they increase and multiply. I weed by hand with fork and trowel in flower beds.
You must have been quite near me today, I'm 20 mins from Périgueux and 25 mins from Hautefort. Have you been to the cave near Tourtoirac? It's on the way to Hautefort from me.
I have 2 woodburners to save on oil bills, but it's a lot of work with logs. Oil here is considerably more expensive than in the UK.

Night OL. Night Bekkie. There's been sport on here all day apart from when Hubby was in the bath when I got to watch an episode of Honourable Woman. I'm really annoyed actually because all the episodes were on demand except episode 6. Cant understand why thats missing. Im holding off watching 7 and 8 in case it appears. I'm quite awake now. The fire has died down and as I had a catch up nap this morning I dont think I'm ready for bed yet.
