Can anyone tell me the name of fertiliser/plants I can plant now, and dig in next season plaease, I've heard cumfrey is one are there any others please

If you dig comfrey in, you will never be rid of it. It is usually planted in a permanent site, and the leaves cut up to six times a year, and used to make a liquid feed, or put on the compost heap as an activator.
Plants suitable to be sown now and then dug in as green manure,(in the spring), are Phacelia tanacetifolia, mustard, or winter rye. You can obtain seeds of these from most of the seed merchants.
