What should I do with iris tubers after lifting and dividing? Plant them straight away or put them somewhere dark and dry over winter?

I'd just pot them up and put them in a sheltered spot Lulu unless they're going back into the bed or border you've taken them from, in which case you can just replant. Cut the foliage back by about half so that they're not stressed untill they get a decent root system going.
