    It's one of the Nightshades, probably Black Nightshade, quite an invasive weed.

    Look up "Solanum nigrum".

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    OMGosh!!!  I just found your website and was going to show you my unidentified plant pictures and this is exactly it!  My pictures look identical, except not as bushy.  But the same leaf and green and black berries!  Thank you!
