I lifted my Maris Piper potatoes yesterday. I washed all the mud from them. What is the best way to store and keep them in good condition for eating?

Hessian or Paper sacks, keep dry, and in darkness. Best if nice and dry to start with.Check from time to time for nasty smells which indicate a problem.
Better not to have washed them. Once they are thoroughly dry and they need to be dry then we store ours in hessian sacks in a cool, dark, frost free shed.
