Ancient woodland is the best place to see bluebells in all their glory at the moment, you can find your nearest bluebell woods by going to www.visitwoods.org.uk and just typing in your postcode on the wood search!
My garden is full of the Spanish Bluebells in spring, and they are fantastic, the beauty of them is you can plant on top of them because they grow so deep, I've been down a full spade dept and still cant get to the bulbs---not that I want to, when the flowers go over I pull them up and about a foot of growth comes up I do the same with the leaves, so there is loads of greenery for the compost, and the following spring up they come again--as good as ever,
I have a huge ammount of bluebells in my garden, they are sprouting like crazy now and should start growing the first stems shortly. Every year (for the last 6 years I have collected the seeds and scattered them around the wooded area at the bottom of my garden and now have an amazing spread of them (compared to a few years ago. They are also in my borders so I have to be very carefull when planing new plants.
