Preserving apple juice

Monty has shown us how to juice apples, any tips for preserving the juice other than freezing?

You would preserve the taste best with freezing.
Heat sterilisation will affect the taste and vit c levels.
Cider cider, and Cider! Have seen nice recipe for rasp and apple cider.
I make it into a juice and you can keep in bottles but when opened must be kept in fridge and used within a fortnight or Ice cube the juice.
