One of the cotoneasters but I don't know which one, sorry

Was thinking Cotoneaster lacteus but not sure think it has more berries than your pic Linda.
i think the leave are too broad for lacteus as well.

Thank you very much, I think you are correct Cotoneaster. New to gardening so dont know the names of many plants. This tree is in the garden of the house we just moved into.
Cornubia perhaps?
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
