Winter veg indoors and out!

what do people grow through the winter. My raised bed is full now with winter carrots, cauliflower and cabbage. What could I grow in my plastic greenhouse (5ftx3ft) and an unheated conservatory??

My favourite veg is green beans (French) has anyone grown the dwarf ones in buckets over winter???
I find it hard enough to get them going in high summer!!!!!!!!!
Really?! I grew a brilliant climbing French bean this year called cobra, in a tug tub and canes! Tomato feed when they started to put beanS on. They are slowing now and I'm sad I love beans. Just not sure itho could grow them in the greenhouse/conservatory !
They like heat, more than runnere beans although they are a bit more drought tolerant. Could not both of these be a problem in winter. Sorry to be a Jeremiah.

inter inside, plant out as directed ... feb for me this year and I had my best crop ever.
It's not just higher temperatures that veg need, it's higher light levels - if you provide enough of both to keep veg growing through the winter you'll have higher electricity bills!!! Much higher!!!
I sow Aquadulce Claudia broad beans in the veg patch in late October - they stood through all the snow of last winter and spring, and gave us a fantastic crop
You could sow some Arctic King lettuce in a cold greenhouse overwinter - I grew some under a large cloche last winter and they were great.
As has been said, a sowing of Swiss Chard now might give you winter pickings, depending on the weather we get, and anyway should stand through the winter to get away early in the spring for an early crop.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Oh why does autumn come round so fast when I need to keep the veg bills down! I will miss my potterings after work!
