What are the best type of Stinging Nettles for a wildlife garden ?

The only stinging nettle found in Britain is Urtica dioica.
Apparently one in a hundred will be of a variation that doesn't sting. Of course the only way to find out is to grasp the nettle......
I can guarantee all mine sting.
