Primula Vulgaris and Veris

Hi guys,
I recently got given some primula vulgaris and some primula Veris seeds from a friend, he collected them for on his plants earlier this year and I just wanted to know how I go about sowing them and keeping them happy.
Any help greatly appreciated, many thanks

sow them now, leave them outside, they'll germinate in spring. The fresher the better for these seeds and they need the cold. I cover them with grit, Don't do anything to them, the weather waters them.
