I inherited this plant when I moved here (peak district) 2 years ago. It provides a useful buffer between me and my neighbour. Every now and then I hack it back a bit and it comes back at me with
a vengeance.!!! Last year I gave it a good shave and thought I had killed it as it took ages to come to life after the long winter. Is it a jasmine and how hard can I cut it back
