Tomato pest

Can anyone identify and advise on the eradication of the small caterpillars that are eating the fruits.

The caterpillars are about 2.5cm long, pale green and eat the "green" tomatoes.

I have not seen the adults, could thay be moths?

Thanks

They may be the caterpillars of the Scarce Bordered Straw moth. Could you pick them off and put them on a related plant such as an old potato plant or a nightshade plant or another tomato plant that has finished fruiting?

Caterpillars love tomatoes, Clarky, red or green. Unless you want to spray against them you just have to hunt them down, pick them off, and destroy them.
