Help!!! I think this is Fuchsia Gall Mite

I have noticed this on some of my Fuchsias, I have a feeling its Gall mite. What can I do? I don't want to loose my plants as some of them I have had a long time. Is it transfered plant to plant? I have looked this up and some say cut it out others say to distroy the plants. Any advise would greatly received. Thank you

If it was mine, i would bin the plant. It may spread to all your others. Not on the compost, put it in the dust bin.

  • Thank you Lyn, I have done just that. I have done a little more research and I have decided to bin the ones that are infected. I would rather loose some plants than have than have that in the garden. It is sad though to have to do that, but it is all part of gardening eh.
