I don't think 'Dilbert' (teadrinker's nickname for her neighbour) has it in him to feel shame or the common decency to submit. He seems to have got into some sort of cycle of hatred against tea and her son which makes no sense to ordinary folk.
At this stage it would be counterproductive for Teadrinker to publish the poem. You would get a much better idea of why from reading her thread from the beginning - but I would say that if you do, you will find yourself drawn in by feelings of outrage on her behalf.
