Potatoes for Christmas

I've just planted some Duke of York and Charlotte potatoes in a raised bed which should be ready in December. Never done this before but thought I'd give it a go. Has anyone else done this before and do you have any suggestions about looking after them? Thanks.

i planted mine in tubs a couple of weeks ago all through and looking healthy but i intend putting them in greenhouse when it gets cold.
