I have for the first time grown veg in my raised bed, brought on from seed in greenhouse. Pak choi beetroot and fennel all produced great foliage above ground level but nothing below.Pak choi flowering having to cut off almost daily- Where have I gone wrong. Suspect planted too deep. Any other suggestions...... ?

Pak choi probably planted too early in season.
Beetroot overfed.
Bulb fennel isn't easy to grow it needs lots of sunlight and plenty of water for the bulbs to bulk out.
