eucalyptus

Accidentally posted this in the talkback forum.

I have got a sizeable eucalyptus in my garden that needs taming. I want to remove a couple of large branches, is there a right time to do this?

There was greater than normal leaf drop this year, would this affect my plan of attack?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
