I've recently got a coreopsis which i havent planted yet. Just wondering what is the best way to get more plants. Cuttings, seeds, division and when? Thanks.
I had thislast year. It arrived as a very large module. I potted it into a 6 inch pot. Planted out. It flowered all summer. It never reappeared after the winter.
I think my coreopsis flowered itself to death. I,m not sure they are hardy here. I find that young plants that get a full growing season in the ground before winter, seem to be hardiest.

oh that's not what iI'd hoped to read Fidgetbones, but err thanks.
When I've googled it and the label says it's hardy.
So maybe I should leave it in it's pot and greenhouse it? Or do you think the pests may have eaten it rather than just dying?

Hmmm, should I keep it in the pot then or just plant it and hope for the best. Might try some cuttings if its not too late.
