Was stupid and wrestled with a branch too big to cut through 
So firstly can they be straightened? They are or were really good and have lasted a fair few years. If not anyone have recommendations for a particularly make that hopefully don't carry a huge price tag!

If you have a place nearby that sharpens saw blades and so on, they will be able to tell you if the shears can be saved.
It may be that it is only a new nut and bolt that need to be put on. Unlikely that the blades themselves are bent, unless you are Superwoman.
