Physalis, (chinese lantern) or one of its relatives
In the sticks near Peterborough
Chinese lantern,leave it and the green lanterns will turn a glorious shade of orange,the stems can be cut and dried and make wonderful dried flower arrangements to brighten up winter.Sometimes I spray some gold for Christmas Decoration.
