Where is everyone going?

Hi everyone,

I can't believe this forum is closing. It's been a lifeline to me with many questions and problems being answered by you knowledge people. Is there another forum that everyone is moving to? I will definitely need lots more info and help in the future.

    Lots of us are over in Gardeners Corner www.gardenerscorner.co.uk. We've been welcomed warmly and the mods (all volunteers) are really helpful.

    You can downgrade the "jazzy" a bit by switching to the 2013 version @Edward.francis.
    I concur with what others have said. Very friendly and a fantastic mods team.

    Like Ed I have gained a lot of info on here as although an oldie I have a lot to learn about gardening etc. I went into the Gardners corner website. Do you have to pay to join?

    I've mentioned previously that many people screamed when GW changed to the current format.  In the end we got used to it.

    Actually the longer I use it, the less I care about the green and blinking icons from users. 
    I’m immediately in Recent posts and disabled the preview to get rid of the small text. The entries have normal font size. 
    Finally, the GC members have been amazing while dealing with this unexpected event.

    I think in a few weeks we will struggle to remember what the format here looked like and GC will seem "normal".
