  If you intend to grow in a container then make sure it's grafted on appropriate root stock or it won't be happy. Just look for a soil based compost like the ones for trees and shrubs that are out there. Otherwise you can make your own mix using multipurpose compost with a bit of grit and top soil...a scoop of manure wouldn't go amiss either.
