Floralive carnivorous plants and compost - no longer fulfilling orders?

Gardeners should be aware that there are recent reviews on Trustpilot and older ones on other forums which indicate that those placing orders for plants or compost are not having them fulfilled or being able to get their money back.
RHS scientists did a study with Sean Higgs and Floralive on growing carnivorous plants peat-free in their special compost. On their website they give a direct link to Floralive. This gives further confidence to prospective customers. But please beware.
