    Yes - looks like a wallflower/Erysimum to me. There are a many types, but that's likely to have been a seed sown biennial one, and will have been grown on undercover, so would need some protection before planting out.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Hello Lovely wallflowers to give them their day to day name, they’re biennial so usually scrapped after the last flowers but some folk keep them going as short lived perennials . I’ve some in large tubs planted up last Autumn but they’re no where near flowering. 
    There’s also a lupin in the left hand corner.
