Dying Ivy

Can anyone give advice as to why our ivy has started to die? No weed killer or any other chemicals used in the garden and we have not done any recent trimming.

    Hi and welcome to the forum.
    That certainly looks weird and it isn't a type of ivy that I have seen before. Are you in the UK?

    It rather looks like Ficus pumila instead of an ivy
