Indoor lemon tree leaves mottled

The leaves on my indoor lemon have started mottling (not yellowing) and developing ridges - some are starting to curl (see pictures attached).

Does anyone know what the problem is - and how I should treat it?

Many thanks …

It looks like a very serious case of spider mites, can you see any webs or the tiny mites on the underside of the leaves?
Here's the advice from the RHS: https://www.rhs.org.uk/biodiversity/glasshouse-red-spider-mite

Using neem oil can help, but the best thing to do is improve the environmental conditions that make them thrive.

    I agree.
If you have a magnifying glass, look on the underside of the leaves - the mites are almost transparent, but have 2 spots on them that look a bit like eyes.

I have read that Neem Oil (SB Invigorator) can work and is not toxic.
