Is the compost moist?  Has it suffered a sudden temperature change, because that can sometimes cause wilting?

Take it out of the pot and look at the roots . If the compost is dry then plunge it into a bowl of water until it rouses. If the compost is wet ,then you’ve over watered it and drowned it . If neither of these scenarios then I’m stumped .

Is it kept permanently indoors, or has it been outside? It looks like a Senetti (pericallis). They are on the tender side (RHS classification H3) so they won't take a lot of cold, but on the other hand indoors is probably too hot and dry. And did you buy it recently? If so the move from ideal nursery conditions to either outside in the cold or a warm home could have shocked it into wilting, Probably best in a cool (not cold) glasshouse or conservatory at this time of year, and outdoors when there's no more risk of hard frost.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
