Spring pruning

Many shrubs and perennials are coming into leaf. Can I prune them now or do I still have to wait a few weeks?
In London. Keen but lazy.

    I've done all mine @B3, avoiding those that flower on new wood 😊! You should be fine where you are in the sunny south!
