Papaver orientale 'Royal Wedding Seedlings

In autumn last year i sowed some Papaver orientale 'Royal Wedding seeds i took from my main plant. As of now they are still in a tray shown in the pic below, do i leave them longer together or seperate to pots?.

    Probably time to separate as roots of seeds sown in shallow containers get tangled up and difficult to separate.
    East Dorset, new (to me) rather neglected garden.
