It's rarely a long term problem and usually corrects itself. You can just cut off any badly affected foliage. It's a bacterial situation, and it isn't something you can 'treat' as such, as the plants outgrow it as they mature and develop, and new foliage covers any damage If the site it's in was well prepped, and the plants are otherwise healthy, I wouldn't worry about it.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
