I found some bulbs..........

Bobby BoyBobby Boy Posts: 17

While tidying my shed yesterday, I found some snake's head fritillary, some snowdrop and some daffodil bulbs.

I know that they should have been planted last autumn but is it okay to plant them now or perhaps should I store them for later this year?

Better planted now than stored. They might flower late or not at all, but if they grow they might build up the bulb for next year. If you keep them dry they'll likely shrivel up and die before autumn.

The frits and the Snowdrops, if dried out may well be dead, but try anyway.
