seeds from hermaphrodite Butcher's Broom

I have an hermaphrodite form of Butcher's Broom, Ruscus aculeatus. It has berries and I'd like to sow them, But I don't know if they are fertile and if they are, what to expect, male, female or another hermaphrodite. Has anyone got any experience of this?

I asked at Beth Chatto's about this, because they sell the hermaphrodite form. I managed to speak to one of the propagators and her view was that you would get some hermaphrodites, but also other male and female plants.
