Mulching and feeding my rose

Hi , when should  I feed and mulch my climbing rose and how should I do it.
I've got a few bags of Jack's Magic mpc so will it be OK to use this for mulching and what else should I use to feed it.
Also will I be able  to use the same feed for my clematis and honeysuckle.
Thanks.

I use a rose fertiliser as it will have the necessary minerals for roses. I use a handful per plant scattered around it but not touching the stems. Then I cover it with mulch, homemade compost if I have it or rotted manure, or compost from a garden centre. Your compost will be fine.

I use the same fertiliser for clematis and shrubs. I do it from early March.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
